No, as of now we don’t have any physical store. We are manufacturing industry all your products are delivered directly from the industry.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
IVAR ARHSIM sends domestic orders with Buddha Air cargo or FEDEx or TNT for international orders. All packages are insured, and as soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We offer free shipping on all orders within Nepal. For international orders Flat shipping charge of 20USD is applicable.
Usually it takes upto a week for you to get your order. Due to current conditions shipments may experience delays up to 7-10 business days.
For all international orders products are made only after receiving orders. Hence shipping time of 14days is applicable. International orders are also experiencing delays due to a high volume of imports and new Covid precautions. Please contact info@ivararhsim.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the status of the shipment. If you are having an issue with the tracking for your order, please contact our customer support team at info@ivararhsim.com.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit it before it ships or guarantee cancellations. Please contact our customer support team at info@ivararhsim.com if you have concerns about your order.
Yes, NAADAM ships internationally. International order are subjected to Flat rate shipping charge of USD 25. International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid”, and international customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes. Orders returned due to a customer’s refusal to pay any associated duties and taxes will be subject to a return fee of USD 15 and a restocking fee of USD 25. We are always evaluating our international shipping policies in an effort to improve our international shipping experience.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Customers can also pay us by Bank Transfer using Invoice generated at checkout.

No, product will ever be out of stock. As a manufacturer we can make any product in very less time, hence all the orders are made only after we receive it. So no problem for out of stock.
