Delivery and Returns

Normal delivery time, if nothing else is stated, is 1-3 business days in Nepal. Deliveries to Europe take 6-12 working days and to the rest of the world, it takes 7-14 days. Custom orders or products out of stock can take up to 21 days to reach you. 

All deliveries are made by FedEx or TNT. Since the freight is carried out by third parties it is not something that can be guaranteed by us but we follow up all the deliveries regularly to keep everything on track. We recommend keeping an extra three days for the delivery timeframe.

CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed your order an automated confirmation email is sent out to the registered email address, where you can find all the details about your order. We would recommend you save the order confirmation in the event that contact with customer support is needed.

Once we start handling the order, a delivery confirmation email is triggered to the email address registered under Delivery Address. In this email you can find further information about the delivery of your order, and a link will be attached for delivery alternatives that allow active tracking.

When the parcel is ready for pickup or delivery, you will receive an email from the freight company. If your package is booked for home delivery, it normally requires your signature.

SHIPPING COSTS

As a rule, Ivar Arhsim covers all delivery and return costs for domestic orders within Nepal. Shipping Cost across the world starts from USD 25 or EUR 25. Local taxes, as well as any customs duties, are paid by the recipient. If you do not collect your package from a service point, we charge a fee of USD 25 or EUR 25.

Ivar Arhsim reserves the right to change this policy for certain exceptions, and for future updates.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for debit- and credit card payments. You can also opt for bank account transfers or invoice payments.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Ivar Arhsim reserves the right to cancel orders when certain circumstances call for this. I.e. when the payment for some reason cannot be completed or when stock errors occur and an ordered product is not in stock. When this happens, an email is sent out to the affected customer with information about the cancellation. This policy still applies after related order confirmation emails and/or shipment confirmation emails have been sent out.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Our return policy is within 14 days from the goods having been sent*. Goods are only accepted back if they are faulty or with some damage. The goods must be returned in their original condition, meaning that they have not used, washed or otherwise changed. Please be careful when you try the garments at home, some are particularly fragile and it is your responsibility that the product is returned in good condition. Failure to comply with this return policy will mean returns are only accepted at our discretion.
*Nb! The return policy is not applicable on products with monogram.

If you want to change or return an item, please contact Soft Goats customer service via e-mail info@ivararhsim.com or by phone at +977-9813642897 for instructions on how to make your return. Please let us know as soon as possible (and within 14 days) if you want to make a return or exchange. Once we have received and accepted your return, we will make a refund of the value of the returned product. Normally, we refund your purchase within 14 days. In individual cases it may take up to 30 days which is the maximum time according to consumer law. We will send you a notification email when the return is completed. However, it may take a few days before you see the transaction on your account. Any billing fee is not refundable.

PATTERNS OF UNREASONABLE RETURNING

Ivar Arhsim reserves the right to cancel orders and to deactivate connected accounts if we notice an unusual pattern in returns made. An unusual pattern of returns might for instance mean we suspect someone is wearing and using products before returning them, or that someone orders and returns unusually large amounts of. If this affects you and you think that we have made a misjudgment we ask you to contact our customer care team at info@ivararhsim.com so that we can review and re-evaluate the decision.

COMPLAINTS

We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are flawless on delivery. If however you receive a defective product, please contact customer services as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days. Please return the product in the condition it was received detailing the damage or fault and you will get a new product within 2-3 weeks. Please return the item along with payment confirmation. Please tell us the reason for the return. NOTE: Before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products you must contact customer service to get the return approved.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

All products from Ivar Arhsim are insured against theft and damage while the package is in transit between Ivar Arhsim and your shipping address. It is therefore important that you promptly report any damage or lost goods to us at info@ivararhsim.com. If the package is damaged or fractured, please immediately notify the carrier. Once you have signed for/received your package it will not be covered by our insurance.
